Once you click on the Join Us button, you will be redirected to our registration form where you can register for one or more of our dance classes. You can pay for your registration and classes then, or if registering for a trial class, our front desk staff will be in touch to finalize your enrollment. All clients are required to keep a credit card on file. Each dance account will be put on an automatic monthly payment schedule. If you would like to pay for your monthly fees by cash or check, payment must be made before the first of the month. If payment is not received by the first of the month, the card on file will be automatically charged.

Unfortunately, tuition fees are non-refundable in the case of injury. We welcome injured students to watch class so they can continue to learn.

We do not offer drop-in classes for school-aged students. Adults can come to drop-in classes for fitness classes.  Drop-in fees are determined by each contracted adult fitness instructor and thus vary per instructor.

En Face Studios has a no-hassle cancellation policy.  Simply email brandy@enfacestudios.com or complete the Cancellation of Services Form available at the front desk, to request your registration to be cancelled for the following month.  No further payments will be taken.  Cancellation requests received after the first of the month, will not be refunded for that month.  En Face Studios is not responsible for emails not received. Cancellation is not complete until approval is received from an En Face Studios staff member. En Face Studios does not prorate tuition for missed classes.

As a member of our studio, you are eligible for a discount at the local Dancewear store Boulder Body Wear.

Membership fees cover the cost of studio and dressing room use, and regular classes. Costumes, competitions, and performances are additional and will require extra payments.
